Dan Hilbert founded OrcaEyes in 2007 with the vision of helping organizations run more efficiently and productively through the use of workforce intelligence and planning. For more than 19 years, Hilbert has built and led Venture Capital backed software companies, some of which were acquired by CA, BMC and Legent. His experience in leading these companies is reflected in the rapid deployment and adoption of OrcaEyes software and consulting services by such companies as TowersWatson and BMC. More……
Having been hailed as Visionary of Workforce Planning by HR Magazine and the Bill Gates of Recruiting by Jobster, Dan Hilbert is indeed a trailblazer in the world of workforce intelligence. He gained his impressive knowledge of recruiting and workforce impacts while serving as Manager of Global Recruiting at Valero where he managed the organization's hiring processes as the company grew from $2 billion to $95 billion in revenue. He did so by combining his extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain management with workforce planning and strategy. He then productized his ideas and analytics to form OrcaEyes' flagship product SonarVision and has since been the recipient of multiple awards from industry analysts and media outlets.
Chuck Bardwell began working with OrcaEyes as an external advisor in 2009 and officially joined the company as Chief Administrative Officer in October, 2010. Bardwell is responsible for managing all 'in-house' activities for the company and will be very involved in helping develop and execute our business and sales strategies. He will also be directly involved in business development activities and managing key client relationships.
Bardwell began his career as a consultant with Hewitt Associates and was later appointed vice president and national defined contribution practice leader for A.S. Hansen. During his career he was responsible for managing the San Francisco office for Hansen, the Minneapolis office for Mercer and ended his career as manager of the south Texas region for Watson Wyatt. In these roles Bardwell was responsible for managing all P&L, staffing, business development and client service activities which will serve as great background for his role at OrcaEyes.
Bardwell has extensive experience consulting to and managing large client relationships including AT&T, HEB, Apple, Medtronic, Sears, Memorial Hermann Health Care System and many others. He is married and has three grown children and two wonderful grandkids. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Hastings College.

Charles Carter joined OrcaEyes as VP of Technology in 2014. There, he energetically heads an exceptional IT department incorporating cutting edge technology with innovating ideas for "Big Data". He’s a skilled Professional with more than 18 years of IT experience including 9 years in management with most recent positions as CIO & Director of Technology.
Previously at CaptureRx (startup), he played the major role in the technology that grew the company & increased revenue from $300k to $2.95 million while supporting client growth from 7 to 192 pharmacies & from 3 to 72 hospitals.  He effectively led the IT division as a catalyst for quick efficacious growth being instrumental in the design, development & implementation of their technology, infrastructure & applications. He successfully aligned tactical IT plans to strategic business goals through budgets, technology implementations & frequent collaborations with teams, stakeholders & clients. In addition, he hired, supervised & retained an outstanding IT team while fostering productivity, quality & initiative.

Charles is results driven, entrepreneurial, competitive, creative and a passionate problem solver with proven success in building applications, infrastructures and IT teams.  He possesses high standards & integrity with solid leadership, communication and organizational skills.  Also has established abilities to implement processes and procedures comprising technology-based solutions for improved business productivity while managing costs and risks with successful hands-on experience leading all phases of IT development efforts including team, project management, requirements definition, design, system architecture, coding & support.   He has also cofounded a software application & consulting company where he served as COO and continues to be involved in research on emerging technologies and their potential applications.  He has served on various advisory boards, committees and is an active member of the Microsoft IT Advisory Council (ITAC).
Bill Morgan has over 20 years in Human Resource process improvement, software, sales and marketing with considerable industry experience in Healthcare.

Mr. Morgan is an expert on Data analytics and Metrics. Partnering with leading providers in the industry according to both Gartner and IDG.
A Human Resources process automation expert Bill has spent over 20 years in the emerging field of Human Resource Productivity.  He has been a pioneer in the field of HR Process automation and has helped organizations deliver technology automation solutions in many forms.  Mr. Morgan consults on the entire range of offerings required to deliver HR functions for complex international companies as well as organizations of all sizes with focus on healthcare.
Initially Bill worked in a sales role in the payroll and Human Resource field for payroll giant ADP primarily focused on the Healthcare Practice. After more than a decade of award winning years in a lead sales role, Bill moved into a regional sales management role for a software provider, Cyborg Systems. In this role Bill led the successful sales efforts for: Shriners Hospital, Rockwell Automation, Ahold, Banco Popular, Pride International, The City of Ft Lauderdale and many others.
The complexities of administering Healthcare organizations and the international requirements of these engagements led Bill to found and build his HR Solutions company, Sequensant.
This organization brought a focus on global technology that leverages best practice standards, substantially reducing the cost of Human Resource delivery.  As Sequensant’s leader, Mr. Morgan integrated HR best practices into a technological delivery solution, utilizing HR point solutions in order to deliver cost and time savings. 
At ACS Mr. Morgan led the Government ITO and BPO Sales division.  He is expert in process automation and implementing HR Outsourcing to help corporations and governments deal with HR process automation.  Implementing Human Resource platforms and effecting cost savings while improving service delivery levels is his specialty.

Mr. Morgan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

As Chief Architect at HealthViZion since 2011 in charge of implementing corporate level SAAS workforce business imapct, correlation analytics and Big Data software. Job duties include architectural design, both front end and back end development and implementation, high speed database design and security. Experience designing a comprehensive Learning Management System. PHP Programmer. LAMP. FDG Web July 2009 – October 2011 Web based software installation and customization. Specifically in the areas of e-commerce and corporate online presence. Level A PHP Programmer / Web Developer Hitweb LLC, 2008 – 2009. Working from level C to level A, worked web developer projects with increasing levels of responsibility and difficulty. Projects included: installation and configuration of PHP-based CMS systems integration of e-commerce systems with PayPal and Authorize.net - custom coding of projects for clients ranging from construction companies to social media front and back end integration.
Lacy Wagner
Vice President of Customer Support and Training
Lacy Wagner joined the OrcaEyes team in 2014. Lacy enthusiastically provides customers with initial and ongoing user training as well as support. Lacy came to OrcaEyes with over four years experience in Healthcare. Lacy worked for McKesson Medical Surgical acting as an Account Manager and Systems Trainer for a +$12 million dollar territory. Post McKesson, she served as an Account Manager and Consultant for Compass Professional Health Services creating communication strategies for new and existing clients as well as implementing new accounts. As an Implementation Consultant for Homecare Homebase, she was able to continue supporting customers by assisting with implementation of new business strategies and developing training policies and procedures to ensure proper end-user utilization of HCHB software. 
Lacy’s experience has provided her the ability to identify customer trends and opportunities for improving the customer experience. She has the capability to recognize unique and industry wide client needs and translate those needs into optimal system operation.  She encourages and enables business and product development through client relationship creation and cultivation.
Mrs. Wagner has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
